Brian has experience in working as an IRS Appeals Officer, a family law attorney, and a neutral party in many mediation cases. Brian is also on the board of the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators. He has resolved over 1,000 cases as an IRS Appeals Officer and mediated over 150 small claims, county, family, and circuit civil cases.
His many certifications include being a Certified Public Accountant from the Florida Board of Accountancy, Certified Hearing Official from National Association of Hearing Officials (NAHO), a Certified Tax Attorney from Florida Bar Board, and a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator who is Certified in County, Family, and Circuit Civil Mediation.

Brian is a well-educated mediator with a variety of degrees in a diverse set of industries. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in taxation, a Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.), a Masters in Business Administration, and a Masters in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Administration (MHRTA). He also has earned himself a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mathematics.
